Always. The villa is one home, taken whole; we do not subdivide it or share it across bookings. Resident staff live in a separate cottage on the property.
The villa is a halaal sanctuary, by family preference. The kitchen and pantry follow halaal practice and the home is alcohol-free throughout. Guests are asked to keep to this for the duration of the stay.
No. The villa is designed for family stays and quiet retreats. We do not host stag/bachelor parties, weddings or commercial events.
The villa sits within the Quaggaskloof Waterski Club. Skipper's licence and COF are required for any guest-owned boats. No private quads or jet skis, and no driving on the beach or dunes.

Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Earlier arrivals or later departures can sometimes be arranged on enquiry.
